These run true to size. They’re 100% cotton, but I wash and dry mine just the same as the rest of my laundry and haven’t had any issues with shrinkage 🙂 I’m about 5’4” and 130 lbs and the small fits me great. It’s not tight and pretty comfy for everyday wear!
